1. Order Cancellations

Because every piece is made to order, our cancellation policy depends on the type of product you have purchased:

  • Custom engraved maps – We begin crafting your map as soon as your order is placed. Since each map is made to your specific location and personalization, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.

  • Multilayer wood art – These pieces are also made to order, but because they do not require custom personalization, cancellations may be accepted up until your order enters the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as personalized maps). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Service@drbcorner.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

6. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Each piece is handcrafted—layered, finished, and inspected—so we can deliver the quality you expect.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Local (within the Kingdom of Bahrain) – 1–2 business days

  • GCC countries – 5–8 business days

Shipping Address

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you must contact us within 5 business days of placing the order. After 5 days, your order may have already entered shipped, and address changes may no longer be possible.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, the customer. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist with a courier claim and, where possible, a replacement.

7. Natural Variation Disclaimer

Because our products are made from natural wood and finished by hand, each piece is unique. Slight variations in wood grain, color, texture, size, and resin clarity are not defects—they are inherent qualities of handcrafted art. The piece you receive may differ slightly from product photos and is not eligible for return due to natural variation.

8. Care Disclaimer

To preserve the quality of your wood art or resin-sealed map:

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • Avoid moisture, humidity, and heat.

  • Do not use chemical cleaners.

Damage resulting from improper care is not covered under our return or refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

DRB Creative Corner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Wood and resin products should be kept away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture to prevent warping or damage.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, map designs, and product images on this site are the exclusive property of DRB Creative Corner and are protected by copyright laws. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs.

11. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
